I am the principal director and major shareholder and I carry out all the market appraisals. I have an enormous amount of experience; working at The Clock House valuing homes since 1978, and over the years, I have dealt with literally thousands of sales covering North Somerset and Somerset, including the Wrington Vale, the Yeo Valley, the Chew Valley and The Mendips. I have lived in the area all my life, currently in Congresbury, and bring with me a wealth of knowledge of the property market in this area which simply cannot be challenged.

Working alongside me at The Clock House is my husband, Mark Hayward (right), a sales professional of many years, dealing with sales negotiations and managing our Lettings department. Our full time staff are office manager Jo Woolley, sales administrator Maggs Lodge and trainee apprentice Sam Maggs who is working towards an NVQ in estate agency, and Teresa Martin is our part time sales administrator.

These include the Western Daily Press, the North Somerset Mercury, the North Somerset Times and the Chew Valley and Wrington Vale Gazette.

Together we aim to make the experience of selling property as stress free as possible, and we believe the core values of service and personal attention to be vital to our success. We offer a face to face service; we recognize that our clients and customers lead busy lives and, whilst the internet and the call centre system can be very useful, it is so much better to do business on a more personal level.
