We are a family owned and run, totally independent agent, open to the public for the first time in January 2009. Specialising in Property for Sale and Property to Rent in North Somerset.

I am the principal director and major shareholder and have an enormous amount of experience, working at The Clock House valuing homes since 1978. Over the years, I have dealt with literally thousands of sales covering North Somerset and Somerset, including the Wrington Vale, the Yeo Valley, the Chew Valley and The Mendips.

I have lived in the area all my life and bring with me a wealth of knowledge of the property market in this area which simply cannot be challenged by any other estate agents.

Our team includes Mark Hayward (right), a sales professional of many years, dealing with sales negotiations and managing our Lettings department, office manager Jo Woolley, sales administrator Maggs Lodge, trainee negotiator Sam Maggs who has recently passed his NVQ Level 2, senior negotiator Ben Fortune, and apprentice Liam Barnett who is working towards NVQ Level 2 in estate agency.
