Thinking of selling in 2022 …… why wait?

As we come to the final month of the year, most of us will be putting our plans together for Christmas, and maybe thinking about what is on the horizon for 2022. Perhaps some of us are also re-visiting our thoughts of moving home, something that for whatever reason we have been putting off until the New Year.

Wonderful scenes in Shipham yesterday as December finally crept up on us. You could have easily been mistaken for thinking we are heading into Summer not Winter.
