MEET THE TEAMS

Debbie Fortune Estate Agents is a family owned, totally independent sales and lettings agent, established in January 2009, and a member of The Guild of Property Professionals.

Our enthusiastic team is dedicated to providing a service that is friendly, personal and professional. We have an enormous amount of experience; Debbie has been selling homes since 1978, and over the years has dealt with literally thousands of sales covering North Somerset and Somerset, including Wrington Vale, the Yeo Valley, Chew Valley and The Mendips. She has lived in the area all her life and she and her team bring a wealth of knowledge of the property market in this area which simply cannot be challenged by any other estate agent, and which has contributed to the company’s success.
 
Director Joanna Tiley, who joined us in 2013, looks after the Chew Valley area, covering Bath and North East Somerset.  With almost 20 years of wide and varying experience in the property industry, including running  ‘Fine & Country Houses’ departments in the Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire areas, Joanna has a strong work ethic and, by focussing on customer service and satisfaction, works tirelessly to ensure Debbie Fortune Estate Agents remain the number one agent in the region. Joanna is supported by market appraisal negotiator George Worle, senior negotiator Judi Ashworth, negotiators Anna Honeyfield, Frances Worle, Roxanne Wiles, Neasha Date, senior business administrator Susie Davies and apprentice business administrator Chrissie Francomb.

Neil Drejer, who is a member of our Board of Management, looks after our Congresbury office, which covers the Wrington Vale, the Yeo Valley, Winscombe and Weston-super-Mare areas, and The Mendips.

Neil joined us in 2016, from Savills in Bath, where he was an Associate Director.  He has followed our company’s growth since 2009, and brings with him over 20 years experience in all sorts of property, including high net worth homes.  Neil’s team includes senior negotiator Joanna Pallant, negotiators Julie Green, Rebecca Cawse, Jill Minett and Sally Hearse, office manager Karen Glen and administrator Kiera Morris.

Joseph Down, also a member of our Board of Management, heads up the team covering the area south west of Bristol, including Backwell, Long Ashton and across to the coast at Portishead. Joseph joined us in 2017, with over 12 years’ experience, many of which were in the countryside area south of Bristol, so he knows the area like the back of his hand! His team includes negotiators Keith Archer and Diane Massey, administrator Maureen James, marketing executive Mike Coles, and apprentice Amy Brooks. Paul Offley is our compliance officer and is based at The Guild of Property Professionals office in Park Lane, London.

Lisa Chaplin, also a member of our Board of Management, manages our lettings department. Since joining us in 2013, she has grown the department by 1,200%. Lisa has 20 years agency experience, and is assisted by Kathryn Miller, who originally joined as an apprentice in 2013, and has progressed to lettings negotiator two years later. Lisa and Kathryn have been joined by Victoria Taylor in the position of Lettings Maintenance Coordinator.
