DESCRIPTION In the centre of Yatton is this well maintained 3-storey four bed town-house with off street parking for two and a rear garden. Horsecastle Close itself is a quiet cul-de-sac location just a stones throw from the railway station and the village centre so transport links are excellent. The front of the property is block paved and is suitable for off street parking for two vehicles, and a storm porch area leads to the front door and entrance hall with wood floors. The kitchen is to the front of the property, with a range of wall and base units and work surfaces over, eye level cooker, built in fridge and freezer, and inset gas hob with extractor hood over. There is also space for table and chairs. The hall then leads through to dining area/study/further lounge area benefitting from French doors, complete with a cat flap, to the rear patio and garden area. Also to the ground floor is a useful WC with shower. Stairs lead up the first floor which offers a good size lounge with wood flooring and a nice bay-style window giving the room a nice light and airy feeling. Bedroom One is on the same level, also offering wood floors and windows to the rear. Upstairs again on to the second floor are three further bedrooms and a lovely family bathroom, recently renovated and offering travertine tiling to the P-shaped bath with glass sided shower area and surrounding.
To the outside rear the garden area has been laid to patio slabs for ease of maintenance, offering a seating area and a small step up to a further patio area, with chippings ideal for outdoor potted plants and bordered by mature trees to the rear. EPC rating C.
DIRECTIONS Travelling from Congresbury through Yatton High Street, proceed over the railway bridge to a mini roundabout, and turn left into Wemberham Lane. Take the third turn off on your left into Horsecastle Close and the property can be found nearly at the end of the close on the left hand side.
