DESCRIPTION Perfect for a growing family looking to splash their own style throughout whilst preserving the heritage of this superb house; The Laurels is spacious and charming. The entrance porch leads through to the hallway, off which is a downstairs cloakroom. The sitting room offers a wood burning stove and pretty stone hearth for those that love a cosy reception whilst being large enough for the whole family to enjoy socialising.
An inner hallway with original parquet flooring leads through to the dining room/snug. The rear lobby comprises a walk-in pantry, leading through to a farmhouse kitchen/breakfast room fit for all the family to spend time. And for those that prefer "things out of the kitchen" there is a generous utility room.
As expected, there are wonderful quirks; the property consists of two staircases, one leading from the main hallway to the first floor landing. On this side are three DOUBLE bedrooms and stylish family bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle. On the other side of the landing, and accessed by the other staircase which is ascended via the utility room, are a further two DOUBLE bedrooms.
The outside of the property is a real treat, having stone wall frontage making it very private, there is a gated driveway for numerous vehicles, with further parking to the side and rear of the property. To the rear there is garage/workshop ideal storage or for hobbies having light, power, workbench and double doors leading out into the garden.
The garden is laid mainly to lawn with feature stone walled borders and established trees and shrubs. All in all it's a perfect spot to allow children to play after a day of learning at the brilliant schools nearby. EPC rating E.

OURVENDORSAYS We have brought up our family of 4 children here and we and they have loved this house - plenty of room inside and outside and in easy reach of the local park and schools. Family have now all flown the nest and feel it is time to move on after 18 happy years.
WEHAVENOTICED The house is so spacious that it is multi functional for most family set ups. The garage is also large enough to perhaps convert into additional accommodation should it be something purchases require (subject to any necessary planning consents). And the front garden could be laid to gravel or tarmac to make a larger turning circle for parking needs.
