Property Description

Set at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in ever popular Wick St. Lawrence, this perfectly balanced family home enjoys almost direct access to the great outdoors with footpaths and cycle paths just metres away.
Thoughtfully and tastefully updated in recent years, the property presents a wonderful turnkey opportunity for those buyers wishing to purchase a beautifully presented and versatile house with the coast and countryside nearby. Entering the house, passing the private raised drive to the right there is a handy covered storm porch which leads through into the entrance hallway, decorated in a tasteful soft grey and white colour palette.
To the left of the entrance hallway sits the living room with its handsome period style fireplace and attractive wood flooring. To the rear of the living room French doors flow into a separate dining room with a contrasting tiled floor and wood effect patio doors leading out to the landscaped garden. From the dining room a further door links through to a rear lobby and a useful utility room and understairs cupboard. The Kitchen/Breakfast room, as you might expect, is another attractive and thought-out room, with smart modern shaker style units and a neat breakfast bar. A smart and practical tiled floor, tiled splashback and glazed display units add character and detail.
A further and slightly unexpected benefit of the ground floor accommodation is an additional play room/office/gym which has been fashioned out of the original integral single garage. To the rear of this room lies an incredibly useful, Cloak/Shower room also making the room an ideal bedroom for a dependent relative who may struggle with stairs.
On the first floor are the four bedrooms and family bathroom, the master bedroom is a well presented, light filled room that enjoys a lovely aspect to the west and glimpses views over the adjoining countryside towards the coast. Fitted with a large wardrobe and a chic en-suite this is a lovely relaxing room to lay your head at night. There are three further bedrooms all of which would house a double bed, however one is currently being used as a lavish walk in dressing room. Finally, completing the internal accommodation is the fresh family bathroom fitted with a classic white suite and cream tiled surrounds.
Outside, the garden which is generous in size for a newer build house has been sympathetically landscaped to create a detailed and yet low maintenance garden for all the family to enjoy. With a raised sleeper flower bed, well stocked and colourful borders, stone chipped pathways and a useful area of artificial grass perfect for children's play equipment. There is also a large stone patio adjoining the house which creates a perfect area for al-fresco dining.
