Offering tremendously flexible accommodation and incredibly well presented throughout is this four-bedroom detached bungalow, situated in historic village of Banwell.
The property is positioned on a level plot that offers wonderful gardens front and rear and benefits from a substantial double garage, a driveway that can fit eight cars on drive without using the front lawn and wheelchair friendly access.
Entering the house through a newly added porch with quirky porthole window and into a wide and wheelchair friendly entrance hall.
The kitchen radiates a sleek and modern style with white polished base and wall units, contrasting against a fresh yellow backdrop. Fitted with an electric cooker and five ring hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave. A handy utility room is found tucked away at the end, with newly fitted units, washer, and dryer and plenty of space for muddy boots!
To the left elevation are three double bedrooms all with large double glazed picture windows and fitted hardwood flooring. The far rear bedroom not only offers spacious accommodation but a newly fitted en-suite shower room fashioning muted grey tones. The master bedroom is off the generous dining and living room, giving you privacy from guests and also offers a newly fitted en-suite shower room.
The lounge/diner is a vast room, fashioning original wood flooring and large picture windows and patio doors. A cast iron log burner makes a superb focal point and really pulls the room together.
The deceptively large gardens wrap around the property from open lawned turf and sunny decking area to a pretty kitchen garden and greenhouse.
