The cottage is approached by a country lane off of the High Street and has a really useful parking area to the side of the property measuring 12' wide by 11' deep. The cottage itself has a path leading to the front with space for a bistro table and chairs for breakfast coffee and views. The front door leads into the lounge area and then doors to one side lead into the family bathroom and the other side into the kitchen. There is a door to the rear of the kitchen that leads out onto a private courtyard area, where the current owner has had a summer house built that is used as a further office/study area with table and chairs outside ideal for al fresco dining. Upstairs at the cottage are the two bedrooms offering amazing views to the countryside beyond.
To the side of the cottage there is a covered walkway with a path and steps up onto the hillside garden area. Some of this garden has been leveled off and is an ideal place for a further table and chairs to take in that fantastic view. The property owns a further area that could be cleared to create more garden space right on the border of the Banwell woods.
A great advantage to this property is the Barn/outbuilding and parking that comes with it. The Barn is stone built and does needs some renovation but has great potential as garage space, office space or maybe even for conversion for dwelling. EPC rating D.
