On the hillside looking over towards the church and to Blagdon Lake this lovely family home is situated up a small and private lane that is bordered by hedging to the left side. Gated entry leads into the driveway with parking for several vehicles and to the left is a recently built garage with up and over door. There is a storm porch area to the front and the entrance hall has doors to all ground floor rooms. The kitchen diner is a generous size and has a plenty of storage with a range of wall and base units with work surfaces over, space for large fridge freezer, a built in cooker with induction hob over with an extractor fan above, an eye level oven and views to the front. To the side there is a space for table and chairs and UPVC door leads out onto a front patio area. Even though the seating area is to the front of the property the lane is quiet and private enough to keep this as a great space for al fresco dining while enjoying the country views. The lounge is to the rear of the property and benefits from multiple windows allowing in lots of natural light, a log burner for cosy winter evenings and further doors that lead out onto a private rear patio area. Also from the entrance hall there is a useful downstairs WC and a utility room that again has wall and base units, a sink and a door out to the rear. Lastly there is a further reception room to the front of the property which is currently being used as a study but could easily be made into a bedroom as it has the advantage of French doors to the front and its own shower room with white WC suite to the rear of the room. Upstairs there is the family bathroom and also four bedrooms, all four having extremely useful built in storage and the master having an en suite with shower. At the top of the stairs there is also the lovely addition of a balcony that stretches 17 feet long across the front allowing fantastic views across the countryside to the fields and the lake beyond. A really magical sight that you could never get bored of.
