The Rock Cottage is a period detached cottage in the most wonderful of rural settings with glorious country walks right on the doorstep The accommodation has been well modernised in the last few years to include a lovely new kitchen complete with 'Rangemaster' oven, and gas central heating. Secondary schooling both state and private is well catered for with Churchill Academy and Sixth Form Centre (www.churchill.n-somerset.sch.uk) within walking distance which has recently been awarded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted and also benefits from a modern sports complex, and private schools at Bristol, Wells, Sidcot, Bath and Wraxall. Dolberrow is convenient for the City of Bristol, Bath and Wells and the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare and there is access to the motorway network at Clevedon (junction 20) and St. Georges (junction 21). There is an international airport at Lulsgate and a mainline railway link at Yatton and Weston-super-Mare. From Churchill traffic lights on the A38 proceed towards Winscombe. Just before you go up the hill turn left into Dolberrow. The lane branches into two. Take the left hand branch and proceed up the hill. The Rock Cottage will be found a little way up the hill on your right with a large parking area opposite.
