Offering tremendously flexible accommodation and incredibly well presented throughout is this bungalow in a village location. The property is positioned in a large level plot that offers wonderful gardens to the rear and backs onto open fields. The proximity to Bristol is also superb for commuters!
The property is entered directly into entrance hallway leading into the open plan kitchen/breakfast room with sliding doors to the rear garden. The sitting room is of a great size and opens up into a dining area with a cosy log burner. The conservatory is great for enjoying breakfast whilst looking out over the beautifully tended gardens. Further accommodation includes three well proportioned bedrooms, WC and shower room.
Outside there is ample off street car parking for multiple vehicles as well as access into the garage. The garage itself is of a good size and also comprises a walkthrough into the rear garden. The gardens at the property are to the rear of the house, and are simply stunning. Predominantly laid to lawn they also feature various flower and shrub borders, feature pond and a large patio area.
Please note the property previously had planning permission for a dormer loft conversion, which has since expired. https://planning.n-somerset.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=documents&keyVal=ZZZXGOLPJV546
