The accommodation doesn't end there, up another floor is a superb attic room, which is over 22-foot-long and benefits from three windows and heating, so is useful for number of purposes; including getting some time to work in peace and quiet from home.

The outside is a delight with a very private, enclosed rear garden with lovely views of the church. Laid in part to lawn and also with a courtyard style area to enjoy the sun, there is also a useful coal shed. At the front, behind a very pretty gate, there is a parking space over an existing deep curb for a vehicle.
