Directions 

Approaching Portishead from the Portbury Hundred proceed onto Wyndham Way at the roundabout take the third exit onto Quays Avenue. At the next roundabout take the first left onto Harbour Road and then the third right onto Newfoundland Way. Follow Newfoundland Way up past the Hall and Woodhouse Public House and bear right around the corner onto Phoenix Way taking the third left onto Lapwing Close where the property can be found a little way along the road on the left.
