Directions 

Travelling out of Pensford towards Bristol, head up Pensford Hill. Just after the play park on the left hand side take the right hand turning onto Woollard Lane. Continue along the lane for a short while, and the property can be found on the right hand side just after the left hand turn on to Charlton Road.
