Occupying a supremely convenient position close to the local train station and within easy commute of the City of Bristol this well presented home also benefits from being just a stone's throw from miles of footpaths and cycleways over the wonderful local countryside.
Approaching the house via a shared driveway with just one other house the property is discretely positioned and offers a good deal of privacy. Entering into the property via the handy storm porch there is a useful ground floor cloakroom and stairs rising to the first floor with storage under.
The sitting room is positioned to the front aspect of the house and features a pretty bay window with UPVc glazing and a lovely feature fireplace, inset with a cast iron stove with mantle shelf over. There are also two additional side windows which shower the front room with natural light. To the rear of the house lies the kitchen/breakfast room and a separate extended dining room.
The kitchen/breakfast room features a range of traditional styled wall and base units in a classic shaker style beyond which is a handy utility room and outside door to the garden, whilst perfectly adequate in size, if you long for an open plan living and dining space as is so popular with modern buyers, there is huge scope to combine the kitchen to the separate dining room which would create an epic room, perfect for family entertaining and larger gatherings.
On the first floor are the four bedrooms and family bathroom, including a spacious dual aspect master bedroom with en-suite and fitted wardrobes. The three further bedrooms benefit from use of a family shower room complete with a modern white sanitaryware.
Outside, the rear garden has been much loved and improved by our current owners who have created a gorgeous, landscaped Oasis for a new owner to enjoy. With well stocked flower beds, neatly laid patios, and ornamental footpaths, it is a delight with near year-round colour to enjoy.
Finally, there is a further enclosed front garden, along with off street parking for two vehicles and the remainder of the garage which has part been converted into the dining room.
