Property Description

Set in an exclusive cul de sac of just a small handful of other detached homes, this attractive family house has in recent years been subject to an outstanding refurbishment schedule to create what is now a smart, versatile and impressive property, finished to an exacting standard throughout.

The property is set back from the road by a generous area of off street parking, leading to a large double garage and with a neat front lawn to the side. A covered storm porch then leads through to the entrance hallway. The light filled hallway creates a wonderful first impression of the home with a stylish galleried staircase rising to the first floor. There is a handy ground floor cloakroom, useful understairs storage cupboard and access to a super home office and playroom that links through to the double garage.

The lovely dual aspect Living Room features a stylish feature fireplace inset with a wood burner featuring an electric flame effect insert, French doors, that lead out to the beautifully landscaped rear garden and a subtle attractive paint palate. The superb kitchen/dining room is a real feature of the house and is fitted with a substantial range of matching wall and base units with a quartz counter top and contemporary metro tiled splashback. The kitchen is integrated with a dishwasher, wine chiller, microwave, 'Rangemaster' style cooker and an American style fridge/freezer. A utility area is set to the rear of the kitchen and provides space for white goods including the washing machine and tumble dryer along with a modern door to the side passage leading to the garden. The kitchen has plenty of space for a large formal dining table perfect for hosting dinner parties and entertaining guests whilst cooking up your gastronomic delights. The kitchen is also fitted with a water softener.
