This generously proportioned property has much unique architectural merit and offers light and airy accommodation throughout. The wonderful blend of living space and bedrooms make it perfectly suited to family life. The house is approached via a spacious herringbone brick driveway, with ample parking for two or three cars, and a small lawned front garden. A sheltered porch then leads through to an impressive entrance hallway with a modern open tread staircase rising to the first floor, and doors to all the ground floor rooms. To the right of the hallway is an attractive living room, whilst to the rear is a second snug/sitting room with French doors leading out to the garden, a handy downstairs cloakroom and a smart kitchen/dining room. The kitchen/dining room features bi-fold doors to the rear which effortlessly flows the accommodation out to the south facing rear garden, the kitchen area is fitted with a good range of attractive shaker style units finished in stylish mid-grey colour with a square edge counter top over. The kitchen has space for a range style cooker, an integrated dishwasher and plumbing for an American style fridge freezer, whilst the dining area has plenty of room for a breakfast/dining table and even a small sofa.
Also accessed off the entrance hallway is a larger than average utility room with a door leading to a discrete side garden and an integral door leading to a 23' x 19'0 double garage and workshop which also has a door and window to the rear.
On the first floor, accessed off a galleried vaulted landing area are the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. All four bedrooms are excellent double rooms with plenty off scope to add en-suite bathrooms to at least two if desired. There is also a large walk in airing cupboard, well appointed family bathroom with a modern white suite, and geometric flooring, and a separate shower room.
To the rear of the house is a private south-west facing landscaped garden with an ornamental pond, lovely mature flower bed borders and a stone patio for al fresco dining. To the side of the garden a gate links through to a second discrete garden area perfect for either a small vegetable patch, drying your clothes or soaking up the sun in privacy.
