In more recent years the property has undergone an extensive and meticulous refurbishment schedule to create what is a now a versatile family home which blends original rustic charm with stylish modern design and an exceptional rear garden.

Approached via a private gated access that leads to a generous parking area with hard standing for several vehicles, the attractive facade of the house with its local stone elevations under a traditional clay tiled roof is immediately appealing. Access to the property is gained via a useful enclosed storm porch which in turn opens into a dramatic vaulted reception hallway which features a cast iron wood burning stove, exposed timber beams and an open tread staircase rising to a galleried first floor landing. This atmospheric room creates a wonderful first impression of the home and is currently utilised as a snug/living space.

To the rear of the property, you will find the generous living room complete with a cast iron wood burner and continuing through to an attractive conservatory, from which you can enjoy the open outlook over the wonderful rear garden. The kitchen/breakfast room features a painted solid Oak kitchen, with a lovely Welsh slate tiled floor and French doors to the rear providing access to the sun terrace. There is also a useful utility room with a stable door, a separate fully tiled downstairs shower room and an internal door leading to the integral double garage.
