Lettings Fees Information

Referencing Fees - £250 (including VAT) (covers two adults, where not multiple occupancy)

Guarantor Fee - £120 (including VAT), Per Guarantor

Deposit – 1.5 x 1 month’s rent, payable in advance

Rent – 1 month’s rent, in advance, 1 week prior to move in

Checkout Fee – 10% of 1 month’s rent (plus VAT) payable upon Termination of Tenancy

Tenancy Renewal Fee - £72 (including VAT)

Late Payment Charge - £24 (including VAT)

Management Charge – For example: £900 rent + 10% management fee + VAT at 20% = £108 Total Fee
